
Bill Jenaway

William F. Jenaway, Ph.D. is in his 17th year as a Supervisor in Upper Merion Township. Bill serves as Vice Chair of the Board and is the liaison to public safety (police, fire, EMS, and emergency management) as well as planning. Prior to becoming supervisor Bill served as Chair of the Community Center Feasibility Committee and the Fire and Rescue Services Board, as well as serving as Chief is the King of Prussia Fire Company.
A retired insurance executive, Bill continues to serve as an adjunct graduate school professor and consultant on Public Safety and Homeland Security. Bill served under both Presidents Bush and Clinton on the Advisory Panel to Assess Domestic Response Capabilities for Terrorism Involving Weapons of Mass Destruction (aka The Gilmore Commission). Dr. Jenaway was the Chair of the Pennsylvania Senate Resolution Commission which developed legislative and strategic plans for fire and EMS delivery in Pennsylvania.
