  • Supreme Court Reverses Commonwealth Court, Reinstates Sunshine Act “In-Meeting Agenda Change Rule”: The Pennsylvania Supreme Court ruled that agencies may vote to add items to a meeting agenda and take action on them during the meeting, provided they comply with specific Sunshine Act requirements.
