Consumer Alert: Beware of Scammers

The Pennsylvania Attorney General’s Office has issued a warning about scammers contacting individuals about fraudulent activity. It’s important to be cautious and verify any requests for personal information or financial transactions. Home Heating Assistance Available

Residents in need of assistance with heating costs may be eligible for the Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP). Applications are now being accepted. (https://www.psats.org/residents-may-apply-for-home-heating-assistance/)

Federal Disaster Aid Approved for Debby-Impacted Areas

  • Historical and Archival Records Care Grants: The Pennsylvania Historical and Museum Commission (PHMC) is accepting applications for grants to help municipalities preserve historical and archival records. The organization was formed at an Association Convention held in New Hanover Township on February 24, 1977.
